How to claim
Stansted Express is run by Greater Anglia, and claims go through Greater Anglia's Delay Repay form. You'll need your ticket (or a photo of it, or your booking reference), the date and time of your train, and where you travelled from and to.
Good to know
- Stansted Express's Delay Repay page is Greater Anglia's page, so the same rules apply.
- If you changed trains, claim from the company whose train caused the first delay.
