How to claim
Online through Northern's Delay Repay portal. You'll need your ticket (or a photo of it, or your booking reference), the date and time of your train, and where you travelled from and to.
Good to know
- Northern's own help pages couldn't be checked automatically. The 15-minute threshold is confirmed, and the government lists Northern on the standard 15-minute scheme, so the standard table is shown here.
- If you changed trains, claim from the company whose train caused the first delay.
