How to claim
Online form (quickest) or paper form. Each passenger claims for their own ticket. You'll need your ticket (or a photo of it, or your booking reference), the date and time of your train, and where you travelled from and to.
How you can be paid
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- PayPal
Good to know
- CrossCountry pays from 30 minutes, not 15.
- Its pages don't state a claim deadline. Most companies allow 28 days, so claim as soon as you can.
- If you changed trains, claim from the company whose train caused the first delay.
