How to claim
Bookings made direct are claimed automatically: you'll get an email within 24 hours to confirm. You'll need your ticket (or a photo of it, or your booking reference), the date and time of your train, and where you travelled from and to.
Good to know
- Caledonian Sleeper's page doesn't list percentages. The figures shown come from its customer charter, which refunds the room supplement at the same rate.
- Bookings paid with American Express can't be compensated.
- If you changed trains, claim from the company whose train caused the first delay.
